Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that from the joint possession of the petitioner and others 24 kgs and 680 grams of ganja were recovered.

Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the order dated 14.10.2025 in CRM (NDPS) 843 of 2025 where the bail application of one Santu Sk was rejected. The petitioners are in custody for one year. Having considered the fact that date has been fixed for evidence in the trial Court on 16th of December, 2025, the trial Court is directed to ensure that at least 5 witnesses are examined by 15th of March, 2026. In the alternative after the aforesaid period is over learned Court will leniently consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations CRM (NDPS) 1508 of 2025 is disposed of.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
