Report reflects that presently there is no complaint with the Tehatta PS. The issue relates to demarcation which is the domain of the BL & LRO, Tehatta, Palashipara, Nadia who will act in accordance with law for the purposes of demarcation, if any.
Since the writ petition was filed in the year 2017 and a direction was passed upon the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station so that the petitioner retains the possession of the plot/land which was demarcated by BL & LRO, Tehatta,
Palashipara, Nadia by an order dated 9th January, 2018, I direct that till the BL and LRO, Tehatta, Palashipara, Nadia demarcates in accordance with law, no untoward incident or breach of the peace takes place in the locale. In case any crisis arises, the police authorities will act in accordance with law and take appropriate steps.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA No. 27922 of 2017 is disposed of.
Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
