1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had misused his liberty and was taken into custody. Date has been fixed for argument on behalf of the defence. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
