1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife suffered homicidal death. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
