Such leave is granted to file the said application on the self-same cause of action as in the appeal. The appeal and the connected application (CAN 1 of 2022) are treated as dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Liberty is granted to the advocate on record for the appellant to take back the certified copy of the impugned order from the department upon furnishing a photocopy thereof which shall be retained by the S.D.

department after due verification.
