1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was driving the motorcycle and one of the pillion riders fired at the victim. Prima facie materials support the prosecution case of involvement of the petitioner in the murder. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
