Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Forensic report shows his finger print was found at the place of occurrence. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
