In view of the judgment and order dated 29th November, 2024 passed in WPA 25903 of 2024 [Harun Miah vs. Union of India & Ors.] and after hearing the petitioners the matter is taken up for consideration. Considering the facts of the case where the height of the petitioners is less than 169.5 cms in the light of the ratio laid down in Harun Miah (supra), the writ petition is dismissed.
