1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in February, 2023. Since then the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
