Mr. Oishik Chatterjee .. For the O.P. No. 2 Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has submitted that as the revisionists has already died; the instant case has become infructuous.

The petitioner's son without being equipped any vakalatnama has prayed for time and has submitted his counsel Mr. Mukherjee is on his legs in another court.

It appears that on 19.03.2025 the same prayer has been advanced.

As the record reveals that the revisionists Bimal Sarkar died on 18.06.2011, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
