1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, the injury report showing injuries inflicted on vital parts of the body, head, chest and face, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
