Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits there was a free fight between the parties. Case and counter case were registered. They pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including injury report. Victim suffered fracture and was hospitalised for a considerable period. Nothing is placed on record to show petitioners or their associates had suffered injuries. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
