Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor girl. Petitioners i.e. the parents-in-law demanded money from her parents. When money was not paid, she was tortured and committed suicide. .

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
