The petitioner was a Laboratory Attendant (Gr. - III) of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. It is the admitted position of all the parties that the petitioner has received a sum in excess of Rs 11,00,000/- (rupees eleven lakhs) towards her retiral dues.

The petitioner, however, submits that her retiral dues have not been calculated properly.

Mr. Datta, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State submits that the said amount has been paid to the petitioner as per the calculation and the requisition made by the University.

The University will provide the petitioner details of the calculation of her retiral dues within a period of seven days from date.

If there is any calculation error, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same by filing an appropriate application.

With the above observations WPA 26749 of 2022 is disposed of.
