Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal in Special ST Case No. 03(06) 2023 arising out of Special Case No.238 of 2022 dated 7th September, 2022 arising out Golf Green P.S. Case No.210 of 2022 dated 7th September, 2022 under Sections 341/323/354/427/34 of the IPC read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge-sheet in this case has already been filed and the charges were framed in June, 2023. Learned counsel submits that till date not even a single witness has been examined. Learned counsel submits that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious disposal.

In the circumstances, CRR 5061 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Special Court and 2dn ASJ, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Special ST Case No. 03(06) 2023 arising out of Special Case No.238 of 2022 dated 7th

September, 2022 arising out Golf Green P.S. Case No.210 of dated 7th September, under Sections 341/323/354/427/34 of the IPC read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act expeditiously in accordance with the law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
