The matter relates to cancellation of bail which was filed on 9th October, 2012 in connection with Siliguri Women Police Station Case No.30 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1277 of 2012 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Since 2012, the petitioner did not take any action to get the instant criminal motion heard by this Court. In view of such conduct of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant criminal motion and accordingly, the instant criminal motion is dismissed for nonprosecution.
