It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

We have perused the materials on record, in view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the offence and the recovery of more than 20 Kgs of 'Ganja' from the possession of the petitioner which is above the commercial quantity, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage, accordingly the prayer is refused. CRM (NDPS) 1826 of 2023 is rejected.
