We have considered the materials on record. The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit on 27th June 2023. There has been no substantial change in the circumstances since then hence, we do not find any reason to entertain the application for grant of bail.

The prayer for bail is therefore rejected. C.R.M. (NDPS) 1829 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
