1. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Dhubulia Police Station in investigating into FIR No. 438 of 2022 dated 12.11.2022.

2. The petitioner has prayed for a direction on the Police against the respondent nos. 5 to 9.

3. FIR has been registered under Sections 376/511/323/506/34 of the IPC.

4. Dhubulia Police Station has filed a report and the same is taken on record.

5. The Police have stated that the petitioner has refused to undergo a medical test.

6. The petitioner has not been threatened or intimidated by the private respondents.

7. It is ordered that investigation into the said FIR be completed within a period of two months from date, if not already done. The petitioner shall cooperate in investigation. All attempts must be made to apprehend absconding accused. Steps

must be taken to obtain proclamation and attachment.

8. The writ petition is disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
