Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation was submitted on 01.10.2024 to the Officer-in-Charge, Chandrakona Police Station. The said representation is with regard to the Finance Company interfering and possibility of repossessing the vehicle.

Learned advocates for the State and the private respondent no.6 are present.

In view of the issue accruing from a hire purchase agreement, it would be in the fitness of circumstances that the petitioner approaches the jurisdictional court for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 27070 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
