Petitioner contends that co-accuseds are on bail. 3.

The State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the principal accused and does not stand with the co-accused who are enlarged on bail. 4.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and the principal role played by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
