1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. This matter is put up for necessary clarification of order dated 17th November, 2025.

3. This appeal FMA 1326 of 2025 along with COT 146 of 2024 were disposed of by judgment and order dated November 13, 2025 in which the said appeal and the Cross Objection were dismissed. By order dated 17th November, 2025 pursuance to the dismissal of the appeal and Cross Objection the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta was requested to release the awarded sum deposited by the appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company

Ltd. within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order upon necessary verification and compliance of all the formalities.

4. It is submitted by learned advocate for the claimants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 that the accrued interest is not being released in the absence of specification in order dated 17th November, 2025. As the release of the awarded sum deposited also includes the accrued interest but in order to remove the difficulties, it is once again clarified that the claimants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the awarded sum deposited by the appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. alongwith accrued interest.

5. The other contents of the judgment and order dated November 17, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
