If the issues involved in the other two writ petitions pending before the learned Single Judge are similar to the issues that were involved in the writ petition from which MAT 1911 of 2022 arose, naturally, the observations made in the judgment and order dated December 19, 2022 passed in MAT 1911 of 2022 will be relevant. If not, such observations may not be relevant. We request the learned Single Judge to decide the other writ petitions in the manner Her Ladyship may deem fit and proper.
