This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of G.R. Case No.152 of 2021 on the ground that the criminal proceeding in question is the counter-blast of a previous institution of a criminal case against the opposite party by the petitioner. This cannot be the ground of quashing of a criminal proceeding.

Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
