1. Petitioner prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner suffers from medical condition. She refers to a prescription of Calcutta Pavlov Hospital.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Petitioner stands implicated in murdering his sister by a Sabal (Crowbar).

4. Mental health of the petitioner as claimed by the petitioner in his application does not inspire confidence in Court in enlarging the petitioner on bail. Petitioner stands implicated in murdering his sister.

5. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
