It is submitted on behalf of the parties that dispute has already been amicably settled between the parties with regard to disbursement of loan for a sum of rupees 2 crores 14 lakh for purchase of Chassis of 10 commercial vehicles. All the payments have already made by the opposite party no.2 to the petitioner, Manager of Citibank. The revisional application was filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the

proceeding in connection C.G.R. No. 2089 of 2016 arising out of Kalighat Police Station Case No. 139 of 2016 dated 08.05.2016 under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I am of the opinion that further proceeding with the case would result in an abuse of process of Court.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the proceeding C.G.R. No. 2089 of 2016 arising out of Kalighat Police Station Case No. 139 of 2016 dated 08.05.2016 stands quashed.

With the aforesaid observation the revisional application stands dismissed.

Accordingly CRAN 11 of 2023 stands disposed of. Pending application, if there be any, also stands disposed of.

All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
