Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners be taken on record.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner no. 1 is a B.Ed College affiliated to the respondent University. It had applied for renewal, but the same has not been decided. By a letter dated 24th May, 2023, the Registrar of the said University had communicated the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 was liable for renewal of affiliation for the session 2023. Yet, till now no link has been provided for making formal application for renewal.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the University submits that a link would be provided as required for renewal of formal affiliation for the year 2023-2024 so that the petitioner can upload relevant documents.

Let the answering respondents provide the link to the petitioners by tomorrow i.e., 3rd November, 2023 at 12 noon so that the petitioners, if granted affiliation, can offer admission to the students.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25836 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court or a communication by the learned advocate on record of the petitioners.
