Papai Dey No order need to be passed on merits of the case in the revisional application as the same was dismissed by an order dated 20th July, 2021. The connected application which has been referred to being CRAN 3207 of 2018 was also disposed of by the order dated 20th July, 2021. The attention brought to the notice of the Court was by ignoring the order dated 20th July, 2021 and, thus, it is reiterated that no order need be passed.
