Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record earlier. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected. Petitioner was caught red handed at the spot. Accordingly, he cannot claim parity with other co-accused who were granted bail in CRM (DB) 3818 of 2023. 3.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
