Hooghly Chinsurah Municipality is represented by learned advocate who has filed a report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 17th July, 2023 which is taken on record. It has also been submitted on behalf of the municipality that the steps have been taken pursuant to the order of demolition.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the parties to this writ petition the writ petition stands disposed of without passing any further order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
