In view of the order passed on 19th February, 2022 recording full satisfaction of the decree, there shall be an order in terms of Prayers (a) and (b).

The learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta is directed to disburse the amount within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The appeal and the application, accordingly, stand disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
