Case No. 438 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023 being registered for investigation, the police authorities did not put in efforts to take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

Learned advocates for the State and the private respondents are present.

In view of the passage of time which has passed, I direct that, in case, the police authorities till date did not submit the report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C., efforts be taken to submit the same within a month from the date of

communication of this order. The police authorities would also ensure that the petitioner is not faced with any inconveniences because of initiation of the criminal case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25845 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
