Mr. Bhaskar Manna ..for the Petitioner Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

None appears for the respondents.

The petitioner is the son of the 7th respondent and the 8th respondent is his brother. The petitioner seeks assistance of the police so that peace is maintained.

In view of the above, the police authority is directed to maintain surveillance in the area to ensure that there is no breach of peace.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
