As Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned advocate who usually appears for the State of West Bengal along with his junior Mr. Pratick Bose is present in Court, a copy of this application be served upon him for appearing on behalf of the Sate of West Bengal. Let their appearance be regularised by the appropriate authorities.

As the learned advocate for the State is present, this Court is of the view that this matter should not be delayed further as the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the Criminal Case, being GR Case No.1717 of 2016 pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon, North 24-Parganas. It is the contention of the petitioner that the matter involves his brother and sister-in-

law and the petitioner is not involved in this case. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being successful in School Service Commission is not being appointed due to pendency of this case.

Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the facts of the case and the fact that the next date of the case is fixed on 24.05.2024, this Court is of the view that this case should be disposed of expeditiously.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon, North 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of GR Case No.1717 of 2016 within three months from the date of reopening of the Court after puja vacation. Thus, the earlier date fixed has to be advanced and it has to be made immediately after reopening of the puja vacation so that the trial can be concluded within three months after reopening of the puja vacation. With the above observation, this revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual undertakings.
