Petitioner contended that the matter is pending for a considerable period of time and as such a direction may be passed upon the Commission for expeditious disposal of the said Complaint Case.

Opposite party nos. 2 to 4 is represented.

Upon hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I find that the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and if allowed it will not cause prejudice to either of the parties.

In such view of the matter, C.O. 3917 of 2024 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, North 24 Parganas, Barasat, to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 318 of 2022 and to make its best effort to conclude the entire proceedings preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
