11.11.2024 Item.12 BR CRR 4426 of 2022 Manoj Bachhawat -vs- The State of West Bengal The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 3.11.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hosrah (Sadar ) in GR No. 2996 of 2019 thereby issuing fresh summon instead of Warrant of Arrest against the accused person, namely Ripul Gupta and Ravinder Kumar Gupta and in respect of Golabari Police Station Case No. 248 of 2019 dated 06.07.2019 under Section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code bearing G.R. No. 2996 of 2019 now pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Howrah (Sadar).

None appears for the petitioner on call.

The present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issues raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 4426 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
