The petitioners' grievance is that their land has been acquired by the authorities but no compensation was granted to them. A representation was submitted by the petitioners before the respondent no. 7 ventilating their grievance on September 18, 2017 but such representation has not been considered as yet. The petitioners pray for consideration of the said representation by the respondent no. 7.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 7 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on

September 18, 2017 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 28033 of 2017 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings. (Suvra Ghosh,J)
