Learned advocate representing the West Bengal School Service Commission submits, upon instruction, that admittedly the petitioner could not join the subject school because of non-availability of matching vacancy. The Commission is agreeable to rerecommend the petitioner. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner relies upon information supplied by the Headmistress-cumSecretary of Naihati Adarsha Vidyaniketan for Girls

dated 16th February, 2026 mentioning that the school has one vacant post for Work Education subject. 4.

Be that as it may, as the Commission is agreeable to take steps to re-recommend the petitioner to a school with matching vacancy, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the Commission to take necessary steps to ensure that the petitioner can join the school in the matching vacancy at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Commission shall intimate the petitioner the date and time of reporting so that she can attend the office of the Commission for rerecommendation. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
