It appears from the certified copies of orders produced by the private opposite parties that the proceeding of Malipanchghora PS Case No.157/2023 dated 24th July, 2023 culminated in submission of final report before the learned trial Court.

The petitioner filed an application for further investigation which was also turned down by the learned Magistrate on 2nd July, 2025.

The private opposite parties have been discharged from the case.

In view of the above, the present application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
