1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer though approved by the head of the institution but the same has not been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools/Additional District Inspector of Schools on the ground of suspension of the Utshashree portal.

3. The school has already issued no objection certificate in favour of the petitioner.

4. The Head of the Institution is directed to forward the application of the petitioner along with the no objection certificate to the concerned District Inspector of Schools for taking necessary consequential steps in the matter strictly in accordance with the prevailing transfer

rules and the law laid down by the this Court from time to time at the earliest but positively within period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The State respondents, that is, the District Inspector of Schools shall consider the document and take further necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving all documents from the school.

6. The fate of the petitioner's application shall made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. It is made clear that suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in way of the respondent authority to consider the transfer application of the petitioner.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
