Ms. Susmita Dey (Basu) ....for the petitioner This writ petition was disposed of by an order dated February 7, 2023. It has been wrongly recorded in the said order that "the report in form of affidavit filed in court today by respondent no. 4 is retained with the records". Such inadvertent mistake be corrected since Ms. Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 4 made oral submissions in court on that day and did not file any report.

Let this order be incorporated in the order dated February 7, 2023.
