The Order No. 3 dated 6.9.2017 passed by learned Employees Insurance Court at Calcutta in ESI Case No. 43 of 2017 has been assailed by the petitioner inter alia on the ground stated in the application.

At this stage, learned counsel for both the parties are agreeable to an appropriate order for direction upon the ESI Court to dispose of the case before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of communication of the order by giving the petitioner liberty to agitate his contention based on the ground taken in this revisional application. Having regard to the case and upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the revisional application

being C.O. 3700 of 2017 is decided and disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
