In view of the subsequent developments that have taken place during pendency of the writ petition, nothing further remains to be decided.

It is an admitted position that the College has recruited the required number of teachers and Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the University submits that the link for payment of affiliation fees will be sent in course of this day and on payment of such fees the University shall renew the affiliation.

Accordingly, WPA 25855 of 2023, WPA 19750 of 2023 and WPA 28204 of 2023 are disposed of.
