Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Serious injury was caused by petitioner No.1 Mojahar Sk. @ Mejehar Sekh with a sharp cutting weapon.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No.1) Mojahar Sk. @ Mejehar Sekh is rejected. 5.

Moreover, keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioner Nos.2) Jahanabi @ Janhab Sk. @ Sekh and 3) Kabila Bibi @ Kabila Khatun Bibi in the crime, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 2) Jahanabi @ Janhab Sk. @ Sekh and 3) Kabila Bibi @ Kabila Khatun Bibi be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also Signed By : ALOK SETH High Court of Calcutta 20 th of November 2024 05:59:13 PM

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 7.
