1. Learned advocate for the petitioners and learned advocate for the opposite parties are present.
2. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that he has got instruction from his client for withdrawl of the instant petition as filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
3. Mr. Roy, learned advocate of the opposite parties submits before this Court that in view of the sufferings on account of the pendency of the instant revisional application cost may be imposed upon the petitioners.
4. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court and after hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners, I find no predicament in allowing the petitioners to withdraw the instant revisional application.
5. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CO 3652 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn but considering the facts and circumstances of the present case without any order as to costs.
6. Interim order, if thereby any, stands hereby vacated. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
