We have considered the materials on record. The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit, there has been no substantial change in the circumstances since then hence, we do not find any reason to entertain the instant application for grant of bail of the petitioner. 3.

The prayer for bail is therefore rejected. C.R.M. (NDPS) 1839 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
