Mr. Srijib Chakraborty Mr. Aditya Mondal Mr. Deeptangshu Kar ..for the petitioners Mr. Soumya Majumder Mr. Kallol Basu Mr. Amitabrata Roy Mr. Arkadipta Sengupta ..for the University Mr. Arindam Ghosh ..for the State in WPA 28561 of 2023 The dispute with regard to renewal of affiliation of the relevant College appears to have been addressed by the University.

The University by filing an affidavit has taken the following stand:- "a) Admission is through the online process as per Government notification.

b) As regards to the provision of sharing of faculty members is concerned, the said inter

changeability can be permitted subject to fulfillment of criteria as prescribed by NCTE Regulation, 2014.

c) Submission of the updated list of the faculty as contemplated in the ERC list.

d) University has already initiated a process to fast track the process of interview of teachers and for this the University may be given 21 days for completion of the interview process of all the 253 colleges.

e) College may intimate the University with all details regarding removal of deficiencies and that the University after receiving such documents would verify all documents within 3 days and shall renew affiliation of the college within 24 hours from such verification of documents."

In view of aforesaid stand of the University, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 25861 of 2023 and WPA 28561 of 2023 are disposed of.

Urgent photosat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
