Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned AGP, in compliance with the direction of this Court dated November 19, 2024, files the report of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 4 herein, dated November 25, 2024; let it be kept with the record. It appears from the said report that the petitioner has refunded the Government contribution in the Provident Fund Account of the deceased teacher with interest and additional interest.

In view of such steps being taken by the petitioner, the respondent no. 4 is directed to send the pension papers of the petitioner to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Fund Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein; the said respondent shall thereafter take forward steps for issuance of necessary pension payment order in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. W.P.A. 27118 of 2024 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
