Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are not the principal accused. Co-accused have been granted pre-arrest bail. Petitioners stand on the same footing with the said co-accused and are entitled to similar relief. 3.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Sk. Temij Ali @ Tamij Ali @ Sk. @ Tamej Ali @ Sk. Tamij, 2) Sk. Alauddin and 3) Sk. Aktar @ Sk. Aktar Ali be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
