For the alleged Contemnor It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that in compliance with the order of this Court, the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur has disposed of the application under Section 10(4) of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 on 1st November, 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the order is yet to be implemented. Learned counsel for the State respondents seeks to take instruction with regard to implementation of the order.
